Alpha Blokes Premium Alloy Tray Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Alpha Blokes Premium Alloy Tray Giveaway (“Giveaway”), conducted by LMT Alloytech (“Promoter”).
By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
1.2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any agencies associated with the Giveaway are ineligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
2.1. To enter the Giveaway, you must complete the following steps:
- Follow @LMTAlloytech on Instagram or Facebook
- Like the Giveaway post.
- Tag at least one friend in the comments of the Giveaway post (1 tag = 1 entry).
2.2. Bonus Entry for Sharing:
- Share the Giveaway post on your Instagram Story or as a public post and tag @LMTAlloytech for an additional entry.
2.3. The entry period for the Giveaway begins on Wednesday, January 7, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on Friday, February 21, 2025 (“Entry Period”).
3. Prize
3.1. The prize is one (1) Alpha Blokes Premium Alloy Tray, valued at approximately $20,000 AUD.
3.2. The prize includes the fitting of the alloy tray by LMT Alloytech; however, the winner must transport their vehicle to one of the following locations for installation:
- LMT Alloytech HQ, Newcastle
- Bushwakka HQ, Gold Coast, QLD
- Coffs Harbour 4WD Centre, Coffs Harbour, NSW
- 4WD Obsessions, Noosa, QLD
3.3. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be substituted, and is not redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
4. Winner Selection
4.1. The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the Entry Period.
4.2. The draw will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2025, before 4:00 PM AEST at the LMT – 4×4 Outlaw Expo. The draw will be conducted in front of an audience at the event.
4.3. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 14 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner may be drawn.
5. Prize Claim
5.1. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the notification message and providing necessary details for the prize delivery and installation.
5.2. The winner is responsible for arranging transportation of their vehicle to one of the installation locations.
5.3. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of the initial notification, it may be forfeited, and a new winner selected.
6. Publicity
6.1. By entering the Giveaway, you consent to the Promoter using your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation. This includes promotion through the Alpha Blokes podcast and other promotional channels.
7. Privacy
7.1. The Promoter will collect and handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your information will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway and notifying winners.
7.2. By entering the Giveaway, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
8. General Terms
8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
8.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical or network issues that may prevent entries from being submitted.
8.3. By entering, you release Instagram and Facebook (Meta) from any liability related to the Giveaway. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
